Note about insurance: Orlando Thrive Therapy, Coaching, and Counseling therapists do not work for insurance companies; We work exclusively for you and are a self-pay practice. We use a combination of psychotherapy, life coaching, mindfulness, and therapeutic techniques which provides you with a holistic approach for the best outcome. Grace's rates are based on the individualized service she provides.
When you schedule your first session, you will be sent a link to complete electronic paperwork. The first session will focus on getting to know one another and identifying your goals for therapy. This will help to determine your overall plan and how often you will need to meet for therapy. Grace offers a calm, safe space for you to process hard things, while guiding you towards emotional healing.
Grace's rates for therapy vary based on the service provided. She offers reduced rates on a limited basis to qualifying individuals and will gladly discuss this offer during your initial consultation. Payment is due at the time of your session.
Grace holds a Masters of Arts degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of the Cumberlands as well as a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Grace is a strong advocate for ending the stigma of mental health and enjoys working with all populations and demographics.
