Her rates are based on the services you receive and on your unique circumstance.
When you schedule your first session, you will be sent a link to complete electronic paperwork. The first session will focus on getting to know one another and identifying your goals for therapy. This will help to determine your overall plan and how often you will need to meet for therapy. Abby will ensure you feel welcomed and supported while you set your intentions for change.
Abby's rates for therapy vary based on the service provided. She does offer discounted membership plans that can help you save money and she will gladly discuss those options, along with her recommended course of action, during your initial intake session.
