Who Charlotte Works With & Charlotte's Approach

Charlotte Meier, MA, RMHCI

Charlotte shares the Orlando Thrive Therapy, Coaching and Counseling philosophy by using an integrative approach to therapy and a mix of therapeutic interventions to support her clients in their individualized therapeutic journey. She uses evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, and Client-Centered Therapy. She also implements mindfulness-based practices and emotion-focused techniques. Her approach to therapy focuses on helping clients with the alignment of core values with thoughts and behaviors to help them live more purposeful lives.

Charlotte believes in the importance of understanding each client as a whole person, not as the problems that they experience. She enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals of every gender, various cultural identities, and age ranges. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma. She also works with clients to improve their self-esteem, learn coping skills, identify their strengths, challenge negative thought patterns, regulate emotions, and work through difficult life changes. Charlotte believes in tailoring her approach for each client to fit their specific needs and preferences. This includes creating an emotionally safe space for clients to emotionally explore, grow, and thrive.

Please contact Charlotte to find out more about her approach and to schedule an intake appointment and get started today.

Note about insurance: Orlando Thrive Therapy, Coaching, and Counseling is a self-pay practice because we do not believe that your quality of care should be dictated by your insurance company. Charlotte offers individualized treatment plans which incorporate a unique combination of expert psychotherapy with mindfulness and lifestyle coaching to achieve lasting results. Her rates are based on the services you receive and on your unique circumstance.

What to Expect

Charlotte welcomes her clients, without judgement, into the safety of a private, confidential setting where deep healing can be possible.

Rates

Charlottes's rates for a 50-90 minute therapy session are based on the service you receive and will be discussed during your initial contact.
